We offer Free Processing fee on orders over $299 within the continental United States (excluding a PO address).
The Processing Fee is the charge for bougieboutiqueofwindermere.com order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. Special requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional costs, but are our best approximation and vary with specific requests, such as monogramming. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.
General Information
Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 1 day of shipping out.
If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you.
If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost. Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable packages that are returned to us will be processed as a return and the original form of payment will be refunded, less any additional shipping expenses.
We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns. When shipping a return without the label we provide, we recommend purchasing tracking and keeping shipping receipts for your records.
Domestic Shipping Information
Paid Standard orders placed before 2pm EST are processed Monday - Friday within 24-72 hours of when the order was placed. Please keep in mind that it can take 2-7 business days to receive your order from the date it was shipped; not the date the order was placed.
Paid Express orders placed before 2pm EST will ship the same day, otherwise they will ship the following business day if placed after 2pm EST. Orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday will ship on Monday. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you that your order has shipped.
Paid Second-day and Next-day Shipping is not available to post office boxes at this time —all standard deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via parcel post. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order.

Our packages ship from Windermere, Florida. In the table and map below are the estimated transit times split up by Zones, Zone 1 represents the closest location in relation to our warehouse while Zone 5 is the farthest. Note that on rare occasions packages can arrive outside the estimated transit windows.

International Shipping Information
All international packages are shipped via UPS and the various options available are presented at checkout. Rates are based on destination and package weight.
Delivery times for international packages vary greatly depending on the final destination and can take up to 3 weeks from the time it has shipped until it is delivered.
International orders are subject to duties/customs fees at the time of checkout. We collect these fees at checkout and remit them to the appropriate country/government as applicable.
Select the items you would like to return, and select if you’d like a refund or store credit.
Orders refused at delivery and returned to us are subject to having return shipping costs withheld from any refunds issued once the package has been returned to us.
