Please read the following return restrictions:
Bougie Boutique of Florida accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (Bougie Boutique of Windermere E-Gift Card) within 15 days from the date your order shipped.
To qualify for an exchange or store credit, returns must be requested by email within 15 days of your order ship date. Return attempts after 15 days will not be accepted. Store credit requests must be email to: bougieboutiqueofwindiemere1179@gmail.com
Sale & discounted items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Heavily discounted items ( 50% or more) are Final Sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, we will not accept a return
Items must have all tags attached and be in their original packaging.
Please note we charge an $9.00 (Nine Dollar) return label fee.
If you are returning an order for a refund, the
$9.00 (Nine Dollar) return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.Want FREE returns? Select store credit and we will waive the return shipping fee! (Sale exclusions may apply).
Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Once an order has been fulfilled, no changes can be made.
Modified Policy
If you return more than $2,000 during a 12 month period you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you are subject to the modified policy.
Conditions
Items must not be worn, altered, washed, and they must be free of any makeup, stains, spray tan residue, pet hair or debris.
Items returned in poor condition will be returned to the customer and will not be refunded.
Original tags must be attached and be in their original packaging.
We do not refund outgoing shipping.
Home decor items must be returned unopened in their original packaging. If the seal is open or tag/packaging is removed from home decor items they are not returnable. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.
Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects

Defective Items
If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care here within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
